Mrs G3 and I visit St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall, a beautiful ancient castle and sub-tropical garden. The National Trust and the St Aubyn family together care for the Mount’s rich historic legacy, including its amazingly beautiful gardens. There’s certainly plenty to explore, although there’s a lot of climbing to do to reach the castle! At low tide you can walk out to the Mount, but at low tide a quick boat crossing is needed.
