Wild Garlic Foraging For A Thai Stir Fry

We went foraging for Wild Garlic in a local park for a Thai Stir Fry. These flowers are similar to a plant eaten in Thai cuisine, so they’re much sought after in the UK to recreate authentic Thai dishes. We managed to find enough wild garlic leaves and flowers to add to our Thai meal for the evening. Follow Mrs G3 and I as we explore the park to try and spot the lush green leaves, and harvest some of the emerging flower buds (the tastiest bit, apparently!).
