For this video I demonstrate a way of storing any excess tomatoes you grow by drying them in your oven then freezing your tomatoes. They taste like sun dried tomatoes to me, with the lovely herby flavour of oregano added in. So, time to create your dried tomatoes in the oven, then start preserving your tomatoes in your freezer.
